Using Discovr
By using Discovr you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity that happens under it. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
Discoveries are suggestions
Itineraries, opening times, prices, travel times, accommodation names and booking links are generated automatically and drawn from third-party data. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always check details with the venue or operator before you travel or book. Discovr is not a travel agent, does not take bookings, and is not a party to any booking you make elsewhere.
Travel safely
You're responsible for your own safety, insurance, driving, fitness for any activity, and for following the countryside code, access rules and local law. Assess weather, terrain and tides yourself before setting out.
Discovery allowance
Members get a set number of discoveries each week, resetting every Monday at 00:00 UK time; guests get fewer. Allowances are counted on our servers and may change. Don't attempt to bypass them.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, reviews and messages you post. You give us a licence to store and display them within Discovr so the features work — for example showing a published trip in the community feed. Only upload content you have the right to share, and don't post anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, misleading or that identifies other people without their agreement. We may hide or remove content and act on reports at our discretion.
Discovr Dollars, XP and giveaways
Discovr Dollars, XP, levels and badges have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or reset if awarded in error or gained by abuse. Giveaways and raffles may carry their own rules, entry costs and eligibility; where they do, those rules apply alongside these terms.
Availability
We aim to keep Discovr running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or withdraw features at any time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of Discovr, from relying on a generated itinerary, or from anything that happens on a trip. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
