Ask Justin Diggis anything

Justin Diggis is the Discovr guide. Ask about planning a surprise trip, saving discoveries, badges, friends or your account.

Hello — I'm Justin Diggis. What can I help you with?

Common questions

Why can't I choose the destination?

That's the whole point of Discovr. You set the practical rules — dates, starting point, radius, budget, adventure type — and we choose somewhere you'd probably never have picked yourself.

How many discoveries can I generate?

Guests get one free discovery a week. Signed-in members get three every week, resetting each Monday at midnight UK time, plus up to three regenerations per trip if a destination isn't quite right.

Will I be sent somewhere twice?

No. Places you've saved or completed are excluded from future suggestions automatically.

How do I complete a trip?

Open the saved discovery, upload a photo from the trip for verification, then leave a rating and review. Verified reviews carry a 'Verified visit' badge and earn XP.

How do I change my @handle?

Head to Community or your profile. Handles are 3–15 characters, lowercase letters, numbers and underscores only, and must be unique.
